Mistress Rita was pissed at the fact that this girl was untrustworthy. She had to dominate her and she used her pee to do it. Whatever she wanted to do with her required someone who was well trusted and so she used her pee to make her rethink her choices. As she drank her pee, she realized that it did not profit her to be untrustworthy and therefore she had to change.
This mistress wanted to teach this guy a lesson for sabotaging her deal. She stood to make a lot from the deal he had sabotaged and she had to do something to him. She chose to pee on him to show him how disgusted she was as well as degrade him. So she ordered him to undress as she did so herself. Then she got on top of him and she made him drink her urine.
